Believers will receive a Crown of Rejoicing for leading someone to Christ!

Five crowns are promised to the saints in the Holy Scriptures. A crown symbolizes victory, nobleness, and authority.
The Imperishable Crown
1COR 9:25 And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate [self-controlled] in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown.
This crown will last forever! Think of it: how long is forever? We, as believers in the truth, have “an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven”! (1 Peter 1:4)
The above “crown” passage speaks about one running a race. The one who receives this reward is self-controlled, a fruit of the Spirit.
GAL 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
This, having been “crucified” in the flesh, speaks the very same thing as the passage in 1 Corinthians 9:
27 But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.
Therefore, we should walk in the Spirit with self-control and discipline.
The Crown of Rejoicing
1THES 2:19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming? 20 For you are our glory and joy.
This crown is for the soul winner!
MARK 16:15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
And this crown is also for those who encourage each other in the faith! Paul, who wrote this letter, was inspiring others by his writing and preaching the Word. Yet, other saints initially brought many of the lost to hear the gospel.
Bringing someone closer to Christ is true joy! Even the angels in heaven are rejoicing! (Luke 15:10)
This takes agape love. It takes love to step in when you’re super busy but you stop to tell someone about the Savior who died for them. It takes love to go against the standard quo for the sake of the gospel. It takes love to go to a far-off land as a missionary! This is a love, not out of a religious obligation, but a desire to see everyone come to Christ. Love is also a fruit of the Spirit.
The Crown of Righteousness
2TIM 4:8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
Those that receive this crown are those who are waiting for the LORD to return! Are you “waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ”? (Titus 2:13) Or are you too preoccupied to even think about His coming? Do you REALLY WANT the LORD to RETURN? “What a day, that will be, when my Jesus I shall see!”
Another aspect, this is a crown of righteousness. For believers, Christ is our righteousness! His name is “YAHWEH TSIDKENU”, meaning “the LORD our Righteousness”.
The Crown of Life
JAM 1:12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
Maybe almost every believer receives this crown, because we all have to endure temptations! But not anything like the persecuted church at Smyrna, (Book of Revelation), whose faith had been severely tested!
REV 2:10 Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
This assembly, however, represents all churches undergoing extreme tribulations. Please pray for those persecuted Christians around the world: Iran; Nigeria; Sudan; China; North Korea; etc. Therefore, we should receive this next crown:
The Crown of Glory
1PET 5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
This crown here in this Scripture is for faithful shepherds, elders, pastors, and anyone caring for God’s people. And as Christians, shouldn’t we all nurture and care for God’s chosen?
But this Scripture from Isaiah, though spoken of Israel, would include the grafted-in church (ROM 11:17-21) as well:
ISA 62:3 You shall also be a crown of glory
In the hand of the LORD,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.
This Isaiah passage also speaks of receiving a new name from the LORD! REV 2:17
Casting Our Crowns
Five, the number of crowns, is the number of grace, unmerited favor from the LORD. “By grace you have been saved.” (EPH 2:5) “Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God.” (1PET 3:18) For without Christ, one “can do nothing”! (JOHN 15:5)
It’s all due to Him! Yeshua won this battle for us! HalleluYAH! The battle is over! Therefore, He alone deserves these crowns! He is worthy! Therefore, we will cast our crowns before Him!
REV 4:9 Whenever the living creatures* give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders* fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
11 “You are worthy, O Lord,
To receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things,
And by Your will they exist and were created.”
The LORD created us for His purpose. He bought us with His blood. And He empowers us with His Spirit. Thank you, LORD!
Yeshua asserts: “I am coming quickly; hold firmly to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.” REV 3:11

NOTES:
*The living creatures and the twenty-four elders sing this song that could only be sung by the redeemed:
REV 5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they sang a new song, saying:
“You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For You were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
10 And have made us kings and priests to our God;
And we shall reign on the earth.”
Therefore, it is the believers who cast their crowns before the LORD!
