What will come to pass on some Feast of Trumpets in the future? Something most wonderful!

This year of 2026, the Feast, also called Yom Teruah, is the evening of September 11th through the evening of the 13th.

LEV 23:23 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 24 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month [Tishri], on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.

When the crescent of the moon becomes visible, the Feast begins. This is observed by sight. Therefore, “no man knows the day nor hour” so the Jews have this holiday as a two day feast!

MATT 24:36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

This is what will transpire on that very last Yom Teruah:

When the last trumpet sounds, a proclamation will be heard.

REV 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded [a trumpet]: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”

Glory be to God!

When the last trumpet sounds, believers in Messiah will be declared righteous as we are in Christ and are covered with His precious blood! What absolute grace!

Jude 1:24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,

EPH 5:27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

2PET 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. 14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

After all, true believers have this promise:

1JOHN 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

When will the LORD be revealed? At His Second Coming!

MATT 24:30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

When the last trumpet sounds, this will be the day the resurrection of the just. HalleluYAH!

1THES 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

1COR 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

According to Scripture, the resurrection of the just occurs at Christ’s coming! This is commonly called the rapture.

1COR 15:23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming.

Therefore, we look forward to this holy Feast at some future date. Oh, what a marvelous day that will be! Amen!
