When we are saved or “born again”, what does the LORD YHVH do for us? For it is through Him that we have been “born again” – it is the work of God Almighty!
But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor 2:9 and see also Isaiah 64:4)
2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2 Peter 1:2-4
So great is Our Father’s love for us, I wrote a song called “Exceedingly”on these verses. Abba has prepared wonderful things for His saints! This is beside our daily bread, the provisions, the beauty of nature, and the air we breath! These blessings I’ve listed are spiritual. So just to name some:
We are delivered. (Gal 1:4; Col 1:13)
We are now righteous before God. (Rom 3:22; Rom 4:5; 2 Cor 5:21)
We have boldness to go to the Father. (Eph 3:12; Hebrews 10:19)
We are crucified with Christ. (Gal 2:20; Rom 7:6)
We are baptized into Christ. (Gal 3:27; Rom 6:4)
We have “put on Christ”. (Gal 3:27; Rom 13:14)
We will be resurrected, also, and have bodies just like the resurrected Christ! (Rom 8:23; 1Cor 15:20-23)
We are hidden with Christ. (Col 3:3; Psalm 32:7)
We are all one in Christ. (Gal 3:28; 1Cor 12:13)
We are His body. (1Cor 12:13; Romans 12:5; John 17:11)
We are “blessed us with every spiritual blessing” (Eph 1:3; Eph 1:17; Gal 5:22; Col 1:5; Col 1:27)
We are sons of God. (Gal 3:26; Rom 8:19)
We have an inheritance. (Gal 3:29; Eph 1:11)
Not only this!
We also could be the BRIDE OF CHRIST!
