The Book of Psalms is wonderful to worship the LORD, but did you realize it is also has many, many passages that have Scriptures for spiritual warfare?
This will be a selection of Psalms & other Scriptures that contain “spiritual warfare”. We are fighting those demons and devils that are holding captive the people of this world! Christians should desire deliverance for them!
Before we continue, if you need to be saved/delivered, go here.
Jesus Christ said: 24When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he said, I will return to my house from where I came out. 25And when he comes, he finds it swept and garnished. 26Then goes he, and takes to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Luke 11:24-26 AKJ
That is a strong word! You can’t set anyone free, if you are bound yourself! You need to be set free! Jesus Christ can do this if you believe in Him and repent!
So, now for the Scriptures
(I have gone through my Bible many years ago and have highlighted these warfare Scriptures because I am a warrior for the LORD!)

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Psalm 24
The world system is a mess! But the earth, and all it’s beauty, belongs to the LORD! I have traveled across the globe declaring this Scripture:

Psalm 24:8 declares the LORD is mighty in battle! Confess that!
“Who is this King of Glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.”
Psalm 25: 2
O my God, I trust in You;
Let me not be ashamed;
Let not my enemies triumph over me.
Psalm 25:22
Redeem Israel, O God,
Out of all their troubles!
This is one I pray frequently for Israel!

Psalm 27:
1 The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When the wicked came against me
To eat up my flesh,
My enemies and foes,
They stumbled and fell.
3 Though an army may encamp against me,
My heart shall not fear;
Though war may rise against me,
In this I will be confident. (also 5,6)
Psalm 30
1 I will extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up,
And have not let my foes rejoice over me.
Psalm 55:9 Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues, For I have seen violence and strife in the city. NKJ
In NIV:
Lord, confuse the wicked, confound their words, for I see violence and strife in the city. NIV
Psalm 56: 9 When I cry out to You,
Then my enemies will turn back;
This I know, because God is for me.
10 In God (I will praise His word),
In the Lord (I will praise His word),
11 In God I have put my trust;
I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?
Psalm 71 is great for deliverance from the enemy! I took an ad out on Facebook for this flyer to get this to the Israeli Defense Force. Know that I, as well as other Americans, pray for the IDF daily!!!

Psalm 129
5 Let all those who hate Zion
Be put to shame and turned back.
Psalm 140
1 Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men;
Preserve me from violent men,
4 Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked;
Preserve me from violent men,
Who have purposed to make my steps stumble.
7 O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation,
You have covered my head in the day of battle.
8 Do not grant, O Lord, the desires of the wicked;
Do not further his wicked scheme,
Lest they be exalted. Selah
Psalm 141:10
Let the wicked fall into their own nets,
While I escape safely.
Psalm 149
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory;
Let them sing aloud on their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth,
And a two-edged sword in their hand,
7 To execute vengeance on the nations,
And punishments on the peoples;
8 To bind their kings with chains,
And their nobles with fetters of iron;
9 To execute on them the written judgment—
This honor have all His saints.
Praise the Lord!
This video will help to learn this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZkdGgvqhow I added new LYRICS based on this Psalm and may be sung to this video. Singing is a great way to do spiritual warfare! Sing the first verse and then this new second.
We bind the lawless kings with chains
And demons with fetters of iron
We declare and decree the Word of the LORD
This honor have all God’s saints!
