Last December when Trump declared that he would honor Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, excitement broke out. Some of the excitement was negative and some was positive.
Netanyahu means “YHWH gave”. What did Netanyahu get from the LORD? He got a man who would stand up! Trump, which means “a playing card that no one can beat”, is being used by God to get this done and it is His wish. And you can’t beat God, the Holy One of Israel!
We should pray for the peace of Jerusalem as it is crucial this month! But as it says in the Scriptures:
“Beautiful for elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.” Psalm 48:2
“At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil hearts.” Jeremiah 3:17
