The SEVENS

The 7th Seal, the 7th Trumpet, the 7th Bowl, & the 7th Vision all have something in common: the culmination of the end of the age. This is another reason why there are Seven Visions! (Please go to this site for further clarification.)

The 7th Seal shows silence in heaven. (See below for possible explanations.)

The 7th Trumpet proclaims the Kingdom in heaven in REV 11:15 (See below.)

The 7th Bowl shows (1) the greatest of earthquakes and also (2) the burning of Babylon (15 literal days*) which will happen during the Fall Feasts on earth.

The 7th Vision (REV 19:1-22:5) reveals the Marriage of the Lamb, Har-Magedon, the Millennium and the ETERNAL STATE.

These “Sevenths“ all happen at the very end of the age. The number seven means “completeness”, “wholeness”, “fullness” or “perfection”. Possibly, the “Sevenths” time on earth is about 15 days, excepting, of course, the Millennial and the Eternal State!

JUST PRIOR to the “SEVENTHS”

At the end of the 6th Seal (2nd Vision), there is the Sign of His Coming (REV 6:12-17 ; MATT 24:30). This sets the timing as being at the very end.

Right before these “sevenths”, the true Church will be resurrected (commonly, called “raptured”). This great multitude of saints come from every nation on earth! Some come out of the great tribulation. (REV 7:9-17)

REV 7:14b So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Yeshua taught this also.

MATT 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And [better: Indeed] He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

7th SEAL (4th Vision)

REV 8:1 When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

This silence in heaven may be due to the seriousness of what is about to take place – the wrath of God.

Or it may be that the Lamb is being wed to His Bride! Or maybe both! Or maybe some unknown reason.

THE WEDDING

Yeshua’s Bride has already been resurrected during the Feast of Trumpets.)

A half an hour is about 7 days, according to the Ezekiel method* often used in the Book of Revelation. There are about seven days between the Feast of Trumpets and Yom Kippur. Someday on the Feast of Trumpets, it is likely that the Marriage of the Lamb will take place!

When else could this marriage occur?

Yom Kippur is too late for this wedding. On that holy day, the LORD is coming with His saints to Har-Magedon. In Revelation 19:6-9 (the 7th Vision), the wedding takes place before Har-Magedon.

Scriptures that support this:

JOEL 2:15 Blow the trumpet in Zion,
Consecrate a fast, [Yom Kippur]
Call a sacred assembly;

16 Gather the people,
Sanctify the congregation,
Assemble the elders,
Gather the children and nursing babes;
Let the bridegroom go out from his chamber,
And the bride from her dressing room.

The LORD will come but He comes with His saints!

Jude 1:14 Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, 15 to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”

ZECH 14:5c … Thus the LORD my God will come, And all the saints with You.

REV 19:14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

The Bride is clothed in fine linen.

REV 19:19 And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

HIDDEN

This is a prophecy from Isaiah:

ISA 26:19 Your dead shall live; [resurrection of saints]
Together with my dead body they shall arise.
Awake and sing, you who dwell in dust;
For your dew is like the dew of herbs,
And the earth shall cast out the dead.

20 Come, my people, enter your chambers, [bedroom]

(This is the same Hebrew word in the Song of Songs, when the King beckons His Bride into His chambers. She shuts the door and remains hidden until she steps out with her husband, the King of Kings!)

And shut your doors behind you;
Hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment,
Until the indignation [wrath] is past.
21 For behold, the Lord comes out of His place
To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity …

These other verses deal with being hidden!

PSA 27:5 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

ZEPH 2:3 Seek the LORD, all you meek of the earth, Who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden In the day of the LORD’s anger.

REV 3:10 Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial [15 literal days*] which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

While the wrath of God, beginning with the Trumpet judgments, is going on in the earth, we will be hidden! There will be judgments on earth, but the Marriage of the Lamb is going on in heaven!

7th TRUMPET (4th Vision)

This is a wonderful proclamation! It reminds me of Handel’s “Messiah”!

REV 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying:

“We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,
The One who is and who was and who is to come,
Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
18 The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come,
And the time of the dead, that they should be judged,
And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,
And those who fear Your name, small and great,
And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”

7th BOWL (5th Vision)

REV 16:17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth. 19 Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.

This is a separate vision (6th) adding more detail:

REV 18:21 Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore.

7th VISION

(REV 19:1-22:5)

This Seventh Vision includes heaven rejoicing, the Marriage, Har-Magedon, the Millennium and the ETERNAL STATE. It couldn’t be better!

As the number “7” indicates, this is “completeness” and “perfection”! The Bride of Christ is united with her Savior and together they share the wonders of creation. But there will be a new creation:

REV 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

The SIGN of His Coming (6th Seal); Cosmic disturbances

The Silence – Wrath on earth and/or Marriage in heaven (7th Seal)

The Statement – The Kingdom is come! (7th Trumpet)

The Shaking – Earthquake, the Big One! (7th Bowl)

The Smoke – Babylon burning for 15 literal days (7th Bowl)

The Sheaves – for judgment (7th Vision). The name “Har-Magedon” means “A heap of sheaves in a valley for judgment” according to the Hebrew language.

The Seventh Vision – which includes the Millennium and the Eternal State.

NOTES:

*In the Book of Revelation, it often uses the Day for a Year Concept (Ezekiel method):
1 day = one literal year or 360 days.
1 hour = 15 literal days (360 divided by 24)
about half an hour = about 7 days
