“The thief [Satan] does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I [Yeshuah] have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”  John 10:10

The enemy comes to steal – steal not just physical properties but spiritual properties.  He will try to kill and destroy God’s vision for your life.  

Yet, Our God is great.  He’ll keep encouraging you through His Word, through prayer, and dreams.  His Word to you is sure.

But there is something one needs to understand …

The Enemy’s Evil Plan

The LORD will sometimes reveal the enemy’s plan through a dream.  This is the enemy’s evil scheme. It is not God’s plan. But the LORD wants to warn us so then we can pray and intercede AGAINST it.

I had a dream about one of my children.  I woke up and just knew to pray and intercede, mostly in the Spirit, for the Spirit knows well the devil’s plans to destroy. 

15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.  (1Cor14 AKJ)

I prayed until I got a release in my Spirit. The plan didn’t work and has NOT come to pass.

PRAYING POLITICALLY

Sometimes Christians receive dreams from the LORD but it may be about the enemy’s plans. These are dreams showing what the enemy will do, if allowed. The enemy’s plans should be prayed AGAINST! (Not what’s already written in the Bible because that will come to pass. However, it could be lessened though with prayer.)

I have had dreams about presidents. I prayed AGAINST these schemes. I have been praying for Trump for years. There are so many bad dreams about our 47th president, but will they come true? If one has a dream about an evil plot, one should pray AGAINST it. These dreams, if from the LORD, are intended to awake the Church about the evil intents of the wicked one – and you might have to awake from bed for intercession! One needs to pray AGAINST it! Pray in the Spirit until one gets a release! Also pray with the understanding that nothing will harm him.

ISA 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD.

Sometimes people want to appear as prophets. But often too many dreams are taken as fact when they are not intended for that purpose. These dreams from the LORD could be for intercession to pray AGAINST this wicked action!

PROPHETS TODAY

1COR 14:29 Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others judge. 

How often is this done today? Is anyone judging the words of the prophets today? You have a camp that says a certain prophet is right all the time and you have another camp that just says there are no prophets anymore!

Yet in the New Testament, it says “let the others judge”!

That means a prophet now in the New Testament, may occasionally be wrong! In the Old Testament, a prophet’s words would be in the Bible as the Word of God, so therefore a prophet had to get it right or he was a false prophet. I don’t consider Hal Lindsey a false prophet because he got some things wrong. It was one of his books that moved me to be more interested in the end times. God had His intents.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PROPHETS

There are prophets today! But mostly those prophets are the ones that encourage another Christian into what God wants them to be!

When I was younger, (June 18th, 1997) I was prophesied to by an unknown prophetess Brenda. Among those things, she said I will “sing for the nations”. That has happened.

She prophesied that I would have a ministry to children, which my ministry up until that point was singing. I had never once had this ministry in mind at that point! Yet, she prophesied, “Diamonds are all around me.” These “little diamonds”, the prophetess spoke, represented children that will come to the LORD through my ministry. Yet now, I have a children’s website GrannyVee.com that reaches the nations with the good news! And I’ve gone on mission trips that included me singing the Christian children’s songs I wrote from “Positive Pad”.

Finally, Brenda prophesied that my future is beyond my imagination! That was prophesied by another prophet in the past, also. While that is true for all Christians in heaven, I believe she was speaking on this earth.

1COR 2:9 But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Another prophetess told me years before that I would go to China. That mission trip happened in 2019 right before the COVID outbreak.

Another prophet, and separately a pastor-prophet, said that I would write books. Now, I have four books.

( “O Little Tower of Bethlehem”, which I first self-published, will now be published through Trilogy, TBN’s affiliate. Look for this children’s book coming out in August 2025. It has been recommended by the Institute for Hebraic-Christian Studies in Houston but it is not your westernized version of the Messiah’s birth.)

Yes, I’ve been encouraged in my ministry through these prophets and prophetesses, these precious gifts to the Body of Christ. They have equipped this saint for the work of ministry, and have edified me! (EPH 4:12)

For Yeshua said, despite the workings of the enemy’s plans AGAINST us, His saints, that

“I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”  John 10:10
